- Completed detailed engineering design works of Ethylene Glycol Plant by Oriental Union Chemical Corp.
- Completed detailed engineering design works of Carbon Dioxide Removal Plant by CPC.
- Contracted feasibility study of Nitric Acid Plant by China Petrochemical Development Corp.
- Contracted basic design and detailed design of VGO Hydrodesulfurization Plant by CPC. This was the first time ever that CTCI independently completed plant engineering right from the licensor stage.
