Cleanroom safety and functionality is always our first priority. However, we also work with customers to deliver flexible cleanroom designs that are capable of being adapted to suit the fast-changing nature of the electronics industry manufacturing process. 

CTCI’s MEP and cleanroom service utilizes our own intelligent 7D Building Information Modeling (BIM) facilities maintenance platform. 7D BIM commences upon the completion of the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) phase of a project and lasts until demolition, allowing customers to design, manage and preventative maintenance of an asset or facility over its entire lifecycle.
