CTCI’s track record of securing repeat turnkey projects is in large part due to customers working closely with our operations and maintenance teams. Our teams are highly trained professionals focused on listening to our customers’ requirements and accommodating their needs.  

Working in partnership with our clients, CTCI has built a wealth of experience deploying resources all over the globe to safely operate and maintain petrochemical plants, power plants, recovery and treatment plants, as well as other facilities, irrespective of whether CTCI was the initial plant or project vendor.

In addition to our core operations and maintenance service, our teams provide consultative, emergency response, technical advisory, as well as plant or equipment repair and overhaul services that allow our customers to keep plant downtime at an absolute minimum. We are also capable of providing turnaround inspection and maintenance during plant revamping or de-bottlenecking, equipment foundation expansion, and new equipment installation.

Our plant operation service includes day-to-day operations and management, as well as supervision and training of in-house and contracted staff.

Our plant maintenance service focuses on maintenance strategy, maintenance planning and management, maintenance implementation and repair execution to ensure production efficiency, equipment integrity, facility security and safety.
