  • 2025/9
CTCI, in partnership with Japan’s Mitsubishi Power, Ltd., secured an NT$154.7 billion EPC contract from Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) for the Phase II Renewal and Expansion Project at the Tung Hsiao Power Plant. The project involves the construction of five new combined-cycle generating units adjacent to the existing facilities and marks the largest single contract in CTCI’s history.

The project will adopt state-of-the-art gas turbine systems capable of co-firing hydrogen and natural gas, enabling the future replacement of part of the natural gas with hydrogen fuel. This advancement will further reduce carbon emissions and lay the groundwork for hydrogen-based power generation.
  • 2025/8
CTCI was awarded an additional EPC contract by CPC Corporation, Taiwan, for the construction of the regasification facilities at the Kaohsiung Intercontinental LNG Receiving Terminal. This follows its earlier award for the EPC contract of the LNG storage tanks at the same site, further demonstrating CTCI’s strong capabilities and market leadership in the LNG sector.
