In this award, companies are evaluated according to four criteria: corporate governance, corporate commitment, social participation, and environmental protection. Together with our supply chain partners, we will jointly contribute to creating a sustainable supply chain. The Group will lead the way as a promoter of green transitions in our industry, achieving our Net Zero Goals while contributing our engineering expertise to the sustainability of the Earth.”
In terms of corporate governance, CTCI integrates business operations with ESG initiatives and has achieved stable business growth. In 2023, CTCI’s consolidated group revenue and group backlog reached unprecedented levels of NT$103.5 billion and NT$346.9 billion, respectively. Group contract value also remained high at NT$111.8 billion. Environmentally, CTCI is promoting a win-win scenario for both the environment and the economy by investing in green engineering projects. The company has secured contracts in the photovoltaic, water, and wind-related industries, while also participating in major infrastructure projects that significantly impact sustainable development, such as electricity, energy-from-waste plants, MRT systems, and more. On the social front, CTCI embraces the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) framework, while maintaining a strong focus on social awareness. Talent development is a priority for the Group. In addition to CTCI University, an online learning platform exclusively for CTCI colleagues, the Group has launched a free digital platform, "CTCI Learning," to share professional engineering knowledge and experience with the public.
Looking forward, CTCI will continue to play a good role as "a guardian of sustainable Earth" and contribute to global sustainability through its engineering strengths.
