Taiwan An Overview of CTCI ASI 2023 Annual General Meeting & The 1st Meeting of the 13th Term Board of Directors

On May 30, 2023, CTCI ASI (the Company) has held its 2023 Annual General Meeting at Room 505 of Mellow Fields Hotel in Taipei. During the meeting, the following motions were carried: business report for fiscal year 2022, financial statements, distribution of fiscal year 2022 earnings, and amendments of “Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets.”

According to the business report, consolidated sales revenue amounted to TWD 3.92 billion in 2022, a 14.13% increase against 2021. Consolidated net income was reported at TWD 0.24 billion, a 11.07% decrease against 2021. Total new contract awarded to CTCI ASI during fiscal year 2022 was TWD 8.01 billion. The Annual General Meeting has reported the net income and TWD 210,288,953 in cash dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2022. The ex-dividend trading date and the dividend payment date were set to be on July 3 and on July 21, 2023, respectively.

Meanwhile, the election of the Company’s 13th term directors was held, and the lifting of non-competition restrictions 13th term board of directors was carried as well. 9 directors were elected (including 3 independent directors) for the 13th term with tenure of three years. On the same day, the 1st meeting of the 13th term board of directors was held. Mr. Kuo-Ann Wu was reelected as the chairman, while Mr. Han-Chung Chen was reappointed as the president.
