Taiwan An Overview of CTCI Corporation’s 2023 Annual General Meeting & The 1st Meeting of the 16th Term Board of Directors

On May 31, 2023, CTCI Corporation (the Company) has held its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the International Conference Hall of Mellow Fields Hotel in Taipei. During the meeting, the following motions were carried: business report for fiscal year 2022, financial statements, distribution of fiscal year 2022 earnings and amendments of “Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets.”

According to the business report, consolidated sales revenue amounted to TWD 95.10 billion in 2022, a 34.82% increase against 2021. Consolidated net income was reported at TWD 2.38 billion, a 44.89% increase against 2021. Total new contract awarded to CTCI Group during fiscal year 2022 was TWD 102.457 billion. It was reported during the AGM that the cash dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2022 totaled TWD 1,520,476,113. The ex-dividend trading date and the dividend payment date were set to be on July 6 and on July 26, 2023, respectively.

Meanwhile, the election of the Company’s 16th term directors was held, and the lifting of non-competition restrictions on 16th term Board of directors was carried as well. In all, 12 directors were elected (including 4 independent directors) for the 16th term with tenure of three years. On the same day, the 1st meeting of the 16th term board of directors was held. Mr. Michael Yang was reelected as the chairman, while Mr. Ming-Shyan Lee was appointed as the new president.
