Taiwan BASF NIS Groundbreaking

BASF NIS Cluster Groundbreaking Ceremony was held on Mar. 8, 2023, at BASF Verbund site in Zhanjiang, China. The BASF NIS cluster is one of the important downstream units of BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site.

Mr. T.S. Zhang, Chairman of CTCI Beijing Co., Ltd., was invited to attend this ceremony and delivered a speech. On behalf of CTCI, Mr. Zhang expressed his appreciation for the trust of BASF owner and the efforts of the project team and will fully support the project team to successfully complete this project and live up to the expectations.

CTCI Beijing and its parent company CTCI Corporation signed a framework agreement with BASF in March 2021 to become BASF Engineering Partner and won the NIS project in November 2021 to undertake FEED and EPsCm work. 

The groundbreaking ceremony is an important milestone for this project, the project team's focus will shift to the construction work on site.
