Taiwan The 2019 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of CTCI Corporation & The 15th Meeting of the 14th Term Board of Directors　
　

CTCI Corporation held its Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting on May 29th, 2019 at International Conference Hall, Mellow Fields Hotel. During the meeting, the motions, including 2018 business report, financial statements, distribution of fiscal year 2018 earnings, amendments to “Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets”, “Regulations Governing Making of Endorsements/ Guarantees”, “Regulations Governing Loaning of Funds” were all carried.



According to the Business Report, the consolidated sales revenues amounted to NT$64,069,542 thousand in 2018, decreased by 10.53% from the year 2017. The consolidated net income after tax reached NT$1,827,537 thousand, decreased by 34.86% compared with the year 2017. In 2018, total new contract awarded to CTCI group was about NT$101,705,907 thousand. Major projects awarded are Taiwan CPC No. 3 LNG Receiving Terminal Tank, Taipei MCT Wanda Line System E&M Phase 1 Project, Taichung Power Plant Coal Handling System Improvement Project, Taoyuan City Biomass Energy Center BOT Project, Taiwan KCG 33,000 CMD Linhai WWRU BTO Project, Taiwan CGTD Tank Farm, GSPC Gulei EVA BEPC Project, Thailand PTTLNG Nong Fab LNG Receiving Terminal, and India DLTPL Dhamra LNG Receiving Terminal., etc. The decreased consolidated sales revenue is mainly due to the comparatively fewer new contracts awarded in 2017; having new contract awarded over NTD100 billion in 2018, sales revenue is expected to rebound in 2019 accordingly. In addition, cash dividend payable to shareholders of NT$1,721,210,023 was approved in the Shareholders’ Meeting (TWD 2.255 per share based on 763,273,848 common outstanding shares).



Meanwhile, the ex-dividend trading date and the record date for dividend were determined to be on July 25th, 2019 and August 1st, 2019, respectively, in the Board Meeting held the same day.
