Taiwan The 2019 General Shareholders Meeting of CTCI Advanced Systems Inc. & The 15th Meeting of the Board of Directors for the 11th Term　
　

The 2019 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of CTCI Advanced Systems Inc. (CTCI ASI) was held at Taipei Computer Association Executive Club Room 501, May 29, 2019. During the meeting, the motions, including 2018 business report, financial statements, distribution of fiscal year 2018 earnings, amendments to “Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets”, “Regulations Governing Making of Endorsements/ Guarantees”, “Regulations Governing Loaning of Funds” were all carried.



According to the business report released, the consolidated sales revenues of CTCI ASI in 2018 is NT$1,407,451 thousand; the net Income reaches NT$76,235 thousand; total new contract awarded to CTCI ASI was about NT$1,028,327 thousand.



Major projects awarded are CPC Taichung LNG Terminal SSL System, RAPID P1 RFCC Instrument Project, Taipei MRT Wanda Zhonghe Shulin Line Electromechanical Systems Phase 1 Project - Communication System Engineering, Formosa Plastics Louisana Engineering Design and Drawing/Document Management Software System,OPTC Petrochemical Line 3 Plant Logistics Management Intelligent System Construction Service,CTCI SPF system Application Development and SPM Report Development Service Work, Mr. Energy Management System application at TSMC 11 Fabs, and Chung Hung Steel plant Cold Rolling Mill Plant First Line Power System Improvement project. In addition, cash dividend payable to shareholders of NT$65,227,711 was approved in the Shareholders’ Meeting (NT$2.7767 per share based on 23,491,500 common outstanding shares).



Meanwhile, the ex-dividend trading date and the record date for dividend were determined to be on July 25th, 2019 and August 1st, 2019, respectively, in the Board Meeting held the same day.
