Taiwan The 2019 General Shareholders Meeting of ECOVE Environment Corporation & The 14th Meeting of the 7th Term of the Board of Directors　
　

ECOVE Environment Corporation held its annual General Shareholders Meeting on 30th May, 2019 in Room 505, Mellow Fields Hotel. During the meeting, the motions, including ”2018 business report”, “financial statements ”, ”Distribution of fiscal year 2018 earnings ”, amendment of ”Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets”, “Regulations Governing Loaning of Funds” and “Regulations Governing Making of Endorsements/Guarantees” were all carried.



According to the Business Report, the consolidated revenues amounted to NT$4,847,096 thousand in 2018, increased by NT$367,509 thousand from the year 2017. The consolidated net profit after tax reached NT$806,912 thousand, increased by NT$45,573 thousand compared with the year 2017. The major reason causing the revenue increase in 2018 is acquirement of the rectification projects of the Gaonan plant and Kanding plant by ECOVE Environment Services Corporation, an ECOVE subsidiary; the newly merged subsidiary, ECOVE Solar Energy Corporation, has also contributed to NT$83,629 thousands to consolidated revenue in the third quarter of 2018. In addition, cash dividend payable to shareholders of NT$726,077,701 was approved in the Shareholders Meeting (TW$10.82 per share based on 67,105,148 common outstanding shares).



Meanwhile, the ex-dividend trading date and the record date for dividend were determined to be on July 25th, 2019 and August 1st, 2019, respectively, in the Board Meeting held the same day.
