Taiwan CTCI Co-hosts 3rd Taiwan Sustainability Engineering Symposium to Spread ESG Influence across Value Chain

TAIPEI, December 13, 2023- Today CTCI co-hosted the 3rd Taiwan Sustainability Engineering Symposium with the CTCI Education Foundation to encourage our partners worldwide to jointly create an ESG (environmental, social, and governance)-embedded value chain. Over 300 guests across the industry, the supply chain, the government, and the academia convened at the annual event to discuss the latest global trend in sustainability and the collaborative strategies with our suppliers to deliver impact along the value chain.

The morning events included keynote addresses by the CTCI Group Chairman John T. Yu and sustainability experts. The afternoon events included workshops that focused on three topics: net zero EPC, resource cycling, and social impact. The workshop sessions were an opportunity for CTCI, its suppliers, and other guests to share best practices, deepen their partnership, and reaffirm their commitment to the ESG vision.
“For a long time, CTCI has been committed to the Earth’s sustainable development through its core engineering expertise,” said the Group Chairman. “Such commitment has been translated into the environmentally and economically beneficial Green Engineering, which comprises Green Technology, Green Contracting, and Green Investment. This symposium is a great opportunity for CTCI to showcase what it has achieved in the realm of sustainability. We look forward to continuing to spearhead the engineering industry’s sustainability effort, and engage our clients and suppliers in the process.”
CTCI will strive to fulfill its ESG vision to act as “a Guardian of Sustainable Earth” and uphold the brand spirit by providing the “Most Reliable” global engineering services.
