Taiwan CTCI Forms Strategic Technology & Engineering Alliance with Delta, USI, and TAYA to Capture Global AI, Net-Zero, and Middle East Reconstruction Opportunities
Taipei, Taiwan, April 14, 2026- CTCI Corporation, the leading Taiwanese engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services provider and one of the top international contractors worldwide, announced today a landmark strategic initiative: the formation of a high-impact technology and engineering alliance through a private placement with three leading industry players—Delta Electronics, USI Group, and TAYA Group—as strategic investors.
CTCI emphasized that this transaction represents more than a capital injection; it marks the establishment of one of Taiwan’s most globally competitive technology-engineering alliances. Notably, the private placement was executed without a discount, underscoring investors’ strong confidence in CTCI’s long-term value and strategic vision.
By integrating CTCI’s EPC expertise with Delta’s strengths in smart energy solutions, USI’s advanced high-value materials, and TAYA’s capabilities in energy connectivity, the alliance is well positioned to capitalize on trillion-dollar opportunities driven by the rapid expansion of AI infrastructure, the global net-zero transitions, and large-scale reconstruction projects in the Middle East.
In response to accelerating decarbonization trends and surging demand for AI computing power, CTCI noted that bringing in highly complementary partners will significantly elevate its technical capabilities and profitability in areas such as AI infrastructure and the circular economy. The alliance will jointly advance the evolution from conventional data centers to next-generation AI computing hubs, promote the integration of renewable energy and energy storage into microgrid systems, and drive the transformation from facility systems to fully automated production lines.
Building on its successful delivery of two internationally recognized data center projects in Taiwan, CTCI plans to lead joint expansion into key markets including the United States, India, and Southeast Asia. Leveraging Delta’s R&D leadership in power management and thermal solutions, combined with its system integration expertise, the alliance will deliver highly reliable and energy-efficient infrastructure for AI data centers, while also providing comprehensive “Total Solutions” and end-to-end services across microgrids, smart manufacturing, and intelligent buildings.
CTCI has long maintained a close partnership with USI Group, providing global plant EPC services. USI is actively developing forward-looking, low-carbon, high-value materials such as ViviOn™ (CBC)—cyclic block copolymers—to reduce carbon footprints and enhance resource efficiency. Together, the two companies will continue to advance sustainability and fulfill corporate social responsibility commitments.
TAYA Group, a long-standing strategic partner and a member of CTCI Alliance Partner (CAP), brings critical expertise in power cable manufacturing and energy infrastructure. In light of the massive electricity demand driven by AI development and emerging opportunities in Middle East reconstruction, this collaboration ensures stable access to high-quality power cables, strengthens cost control, and enhances CTCI’s ability to execute large-scale national infrastructure projects with precision.
CTCI underscored that this alliance represents not only a convergence of cross-industry technologies but also a pivotal step toward unlocking long-term global growth and accelerating its transition into a new era of engineering innovation. Guided by its vision to be “the most reliable global engineering services provider,” CTCI will continue to integrate cutting-edge technologies and resources from its partners to deliver smarter, higher-value solutions to clients worldwide, while creating sustainable, long-term value for shareholders and investors alike.
