Taiwan CTCI in Motion: Leaping into Change, Racing Toward the Future— CTCI Group Sports Day 2025 Successfully Concluded

The CTCI Group 2025 Sports Day, themed “CTCI in Motion: Leaping into Change, Racing Toward the Future,” was grandly held on October 18 at the Sanchong Sports Center. Executives from CTCI’s global subsidiaries, along with employees and their families from CTCI and its domestic affiliates, gathered in high spirits. Cheers, laughter, and lively conversations filled the venue, creating an atmosphere brimming with energy and excitement.

In his opening remarks, Group Chairman John T. Yu expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all colleagues and their families for their unity and support, which have enabled the Group to successfully overcome challenges in entering new markets and sectors. Leveraging its long-established reputation and strong performance, the Group achieved remarkable business results, with total contract value reaching a record high of NT$173.4 billion as of September. Group Chairman Yu also encouraged all employees to continue embracing innovation and boldness as they work together to meet future challenges.

The event kicked off with Group Chairman Yu and the Group’s EXCO team members symbolically hitting a powerful opening shot with baseball bats, setting a dynamic tone for the day. This year’s Sports Day featured a variety of team competitions—including tug-of-war, ball-passing relays, and sprint relays—that highlighted the Group’s strong spirit of unity and collaboration.

Reflecting CTCI’s firm commitment to ESG values, the event also incorporated creative team chants, green and low-carbon challenge games, and a charity market, all showcasing employees’ ingenuity and support for sustainability. The event concluded on a joyful note with an awards ceremony and exciting prize draws. Through teamwork and camaraderie, participants not only strengthened their bonds but also recharged with renewed energy to move forward together toward a brighter future for the Group.
