The rapid development of AI has driven digital transformation across the engineering, procurement, and construction sector while bringing immense business opportunities. In this issue’s “Outlook,” David Chung, CEO of CTCI’s Group Intelligent Solutions Business, outlines how his business group is expanding its service scope and enhancing sales performance. He highlights how CTCI offers customized, intelligent solutions powered by advanced AI technologies alongside in-house developed and distributed products. With over four decades of experience in refinery and petrochemical plant construction, CTCI Group has earned widespread recognition for its quality service. In “Discover Reliable,” we introduce the Pigging Station, Metering Station, and Zone 1 Utility System EPC Project at the Talin Petrochemical Storage and Transportation Center, undertaken by group company CTCI Machinery Corporation (CTCI MAC). This project helped the client eliminate safety concerns surrounding downtown pipelines, significantly enhancing urban safety. In recognition of this achievement, CTCI MAC received the Public Construction Golden Quality Award, earning “excellence” rating in two categories. In “Technology,” the focus turns to the civil works design of the Kaohsiung MRT Yellow Line, exploring essential considerations for delivering robust, cost-effective green transportation infrastructure—from spatial layout and structural safety to deep excavation techniques. Meanwhile, “Sustainable Future” introduces the wide-ranging sustainable efforts of group company ECOVE, demonstrating how they turn corporate ESG ideals into tangible, feasible, and repeatable actions. Finally, this issue’s “CTCI Family” features the personal story of Nawarat Paengsutto, an instrument & control (I&C) engineer from CTCI Thailand.
