Moving toward 2020, CTCI will celebrate its 41st anniversary of establishment and usher in a new era. In order to surpass the achievements of the past 40 years, in the "Outlook" column, John T. Yu, Group Chairman of CTCI, in an article entitled "CTCI 40 Years, Rising to the Challenge", shares how CTCI leverages its global resources, and continues to make further advances in the four major aspects, namely expansion of international business, project execution management, sustainable innovation, and brand internalization, so as to strengthen its global competitiveness and continuously build the "Most Reliable" engineering brand.

With the breakthroughs in global sustainable issues and the development of smart technologies, green buildings or science parks incorporating intelligent applications have become an important direction that countries worldwide are making efforts at. In the "Discover Reliable" column of this issue, CTCI, specifically through the Pingtung Agricultural Biotechnology Park project, introduces how it strikes a balance between the diverse natural ecological system and industrial development in the local area and how it adopts sustainable design tailored to local conditions and introduces an intelligent underground piping system to successfully set an example of the first green agricultural science park in Taiwan. In the "Technology" column, CTCI's second headquarters building is taken as an example to share how CTCI's employees incorporate intelligent solutions and green energy cleverly to realize a green headquarters building that can communicate with humans, facilities, and the environment.

CTCI's "Most Reliable" engineering service quality is not only based on its professional techniques and project management but on its unswerving insistence on industrial safety.
