Sustainability issues have continued to receive global attention. Governments and enterprises around the world are dedicated to explore the possibility of resources recycling. In this issue of the e-newsletter, ECOVE, CTCI's Group Resource Cycling Business (GRCB), has featured a story with a headline "Implement Resource Cycling, Navigate a Sustainable Future" In the "Outlook" and "Technology" columns, ECOVE shares its experiences with a view to keep elevating the Resource Cycling Efficiency™ through building an iO&M (intelligent operation and management) system, expanding proprietary patent technology and finding solutions in alignment with market trends. In addition, ECOVE has successfully completed the first ageing Energy-from-Waste plant revamping project in Taiwan. This project has effectively improved worn equipment and enhanced operational efficiency that turning over a new leaf for the subsequent similar revamping tasks in Taiwan. Featuring the development and utilization of water resources, the "Discover Reliable" column will take you on a journey to CTCI's successful execution of the Fengshan Shi Wastewater Reclamation Plant BTO Project, which entailed transforming a wastewater treatment plant into the first public water reclamation and resource center throughout Taiwan. CTCI's "Most Reliable" engineering services have made Kaohsiung City the first city to house stable supply of reclaimed water. For many years, CTCI has won recognition and reputation from customers through its "Most Reliable" engineering service quality. Besides professional project management and technical competency, CTCI personnel's requirements for quality also bear the objective of "doing the right thing and do it right the first time " during execution of tasks. This issue of "Sustainable Future" will explain how CTCI continues to improve its workflow by promoting a series of quality activities and by internalizing the awareness for quality into colleagues' day-to-day activities to continuously enhance competitiveness. CTCI's international workplace environment and the selfless sharing and caring between employees have always helped foreign colleagues from different countries to quickly adapt to this big family. "CTCI Family" in this issue has celebrated the one-year anniversary of our Indian colleague to find out his first-time overseas experience of working in Taiwan.
