CTCI has always prides itself as a "Guardian of Sustainable Earth".In response to global concerns about biodiversity issues, the Group launched the "Nature Vitality with Green Water" biodiversity plan. Located in the Beitou Shilin Technology Park, CTCI’s 2nd Headquarters serves as the office for the employees of CTCI Advanced Systems Inc.(ASI), which is part of the Group Intelligent Solutions Business. Adjacent to Zhoumei Xianzaigang Park, the building is part of the Wu-fen-gang Stream Wetland Ecosystem. To fulfill corporate social responsibilities and practice ESG, the Group isduty-bound to protect local environment.

Fostering Goodness Through Environmental Symbiosis

Starting in 2023, ASI has joined hands with the Taipei City Beautiful Waterways Association to  further engage in the conservation of local environment with the maintenance of wetland biodiversity as their guiding principle.. By participating in  ecological culture  activities organized by the Beautiful Waterways Association,  colleagues gain an in-depth understanding of the natural environment of the Wu-fen-gang Stream and its surrounding wetlands. In the meantime, our colleagues is involved in the "Do One Thing for Tamsui River" environmental initiative,  actively participating in volunteer  activities to learn more about preserving ecological balance.

Bonding Locally and Sharing Goodwill to Promote Sustainability

As the turn of the year approaches, the ASI team is full of gratitude and relaxed mood, preparing to welcome the annual vacation with family reunion, ready to welcome 2024 f with full energy from the bottom of their heart! Taking the ecological visit to Wu-fen-gang Stream as the main axis of the year-end and New Year activities, the "2024 Year-end and New Year Thanksgiving and Happy Walk and Wu-fen-gang Stream Ecological Sustainability Action" was held, and the ecologically sustainable forest cleanup action was also included. Through practical actions to eliminate the invasive species of Mile-a-minute weed, we protect the local endemic species of Small-leaved Barringtonia. While walking happily, we can feel the harmony with the local environment and practice ecological sustainability. Volunteers from CTCI will continue to collaborate with the Beautiful Waterways Association through activities such as water quality monitoring, river patrols, and river clean-ups using canoes and kayaks. These activities are all aimed at safeguarding the habitat of the Wu-fen-gang stream in the hope of preserving biodiversity.
