2023 CTCI Group ESG Award Rounded Off in Success

CTCI Group is a leading turnkey project group in Taiwan, ranked among the top 100 globally. In response to worldwide trends in sustainable development, CTCI Group has dedicated its core business to promoting global sustainability for many years. In order to encourage our employees to commit themselves to sustainability, the ESG & Net Zero task force of CTCI Group and the CTCI Education Foundation jointly held the CTCI Group ESG Award and called for submissions. Two major categories were established for this year's event: “CTCI Group Climate Action” and “Social Influence of CTCI Group.” Throughout this campaign, the CTCI Group aims to encourage all employees to reflect on how they can make tangible contributions to global sustainability in their daily work, take the initiative in practicing sustainable actions, and become “the most reliable guardians of a sustainable Earth.”

A panel of jurors, consisting of experts and academics, was formed to select 12 Final Winners from a wide array of actively submitted projects by fellow colleagues. Fourteen projects were nominated under the category of "CTCI Group Climate Action," and eleven were nominated under the category of "Social Influence of CTCI Group." For the Department/Project Group Award and Individual Group Award, 6 winners were selected in each category. Cash prizes totaling NT$218,000 were then distributed. Whether participants submitted their projects as teams or individuals, the nominated projects have showcased diverse perspectives on ESG topics. These projects have successfully prompted numerous reflections on sustainability issues and laid the groundwork for opportunities in future changes.

The award ceremony for the “2023 CTCI Group ESG Award” took place on November 3, 2023. Over 50 participants attended the ceremony to discuss and share ideas about this year's winning projects and sustainability issues. The event went out with a bang. Looking ahead, CTCI Group will continue to promote its spirit of “ESG engagement for All Members” to broaden its impact, striving to make the world better and more sustainable.
