Taiwan An Overview of CTCI ASI’s 2022 Annual General Meeting
　

On May 26, 2022, CTCI Advanced Systems Inc. (CTCI ASI) held its 2022 Annual General Meeting at Room 505, Mellow Fields Hotel. During the meeting, the following motions were carried: Business report for fiscal year 2021, financial statements, distribution of fiscal year 2021 earnings, amendments of “Articles of Incorporation,” “Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets,” and “Regulations Governing Making of Endorsements/Guarantees.”

According to the business report, consolidated sales revenue amounted to TWD 3.440230 billion in 2021, a 20.86% increase against 2020. Consolidated net income was reported at TWD 273.24 million, a 101.86% increase against 2020. Total new contract awarded to CTCI ASI during fiscal year 2021 was TWD 66.9306 billion. In addition, cash dividend to shareholders of TWD 243,802,085, were approved by the 2022 Annual General Meeting. (TWD 8.89 per share based on 27,430,250 common outstanding shares.) The ex-dividend trading date and the dividend payment date were set to be on July 1 and on July 29, 2022, respectively.
