Taiwan An Overview of CTCI Corporation’s 2022 Annual General Meeting
　

CTCI Corporation held its 2022 Annual General Meeting on May 26, 2022 at International Conference Hall, Mellow Fields Hotel. During the meeting, the following motions were carried: business report for fiscal year 2021, financial statements, distribution of fiscal year 2021 earnings, amendments of “Articles of Incorporation,” “Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets,” and “Regulations Governing Making of Endorsements/Guarantees,” and the issuance of Restricted Stock Awards for 2022.

According to the business report, consolidated sales revenue amounted to TWD 70.540,414 billion in 2021, a 26.97% increase against 2020. Consolidated net income was reported at TWD 1.642,175 billion, a 114.23% increase against 2020. Total new contract awarded to CTCI group during fiscal year 2021 was TWD 125.915,474 billion. In addition, cash dividend to shareholders of TWD 1.776,077,870 billion, were approved by the 2022 Annual General Meeting. (TWD 2.3 per share based on 771,011,807 common outstanding shares.) The ex-dividend trading date and the dividend payment date were set to be on July 1 and on July 29, 2022, respectively.
