"Catching Waves, Leading Smartly": 2024 Group Strategy Consensus Meeting Concludes with Success

TAIPEI, October 18, 2024- CTCI Group's annual event, the “Strategy Consensus Meeting” for 2024, was held at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, with over 700 middle- to senior-level executives from the Group's domestic and overseas affiliate companies participating both in person and online, marking a record high in attendance. The theme for this year was “Catching Waves, Leading Smarter,” with a primary focus on three areas: business aspiration, enhanced management, and innovation breakthroughs. The event aims to inspire Group members to navigate global trends together, seize business opportunities, and drive business expansion. By demonstrating effectiveness through strengthened management and leveraging innovative AI, significant breakthroughs can be achieved.

The event begins at 8:30 a.m. with an opening speech by Group Vice Chairman Michael Yang, followed by presentations from the Group's EXCO executives, reporting on business achievements and outlining future development directions and plans within the context of the three strategic pillars. This ensures that all colleagues from each business unit can align and strive toward a united goal.

The Group Strategy Consensus Meeting concluded successfully with an inspiring speech and summary by Group Chairman John T. Yu. The event provided an opportunity to identify emerging trends, understand current challenges and risks, and reflect on future strategies. As the Chairman remarked, “I hope that 8,000 CTCI members can unite and ride the wave.” By battling the tides of uncertainty and riding the waves of opportunity, this collective effort will encourage all Group members to work together, overcome challenges, and move toward the shared vision of becoming the “Most Reliable Global Engineering Services Provider.”
