San-Chung Commercial & Industrial Vocational High School Underground Parking Lot EPC Project by CTCI REI Honored with the Golden Health & Safety Award

CTCI REI’s QHSE performance in San-Chung Commercial and Industrial Vocational High School Underground Parking Lot EPC Project has been honored with the Golden Health & Safety Award by the Labor Department of the Ministry of the Interior, followed by New Taipei City Government’s excellence in public constructions award conferred earlier. 

This is an EPC project, In order to comprehensively implement the health and safety management; CTCI REI applies Building Information Modeling (BIM) starting from the engineering phase to optimize work safety. With the advantages of 3D modeling, it is able to review and propose safety improvement measures. Also, closed-circuit television camera combined with broadcast system is utilized for on-site monitoring and provision of hazards prevention reminders.  At the same time the “Electricity route diagram” is planned and adopted with infrared to measure the temperature of power consuming devices as well as to provide the early safety warnings. In terms of excavation works, CTCI REI in cooperation with the project sub-contractors and suppliers, apply safety support system, embedded anchor bolts, enclosed jack protection frame, etc., after proper safety planning, designing and exact implementing per drawings, to promise and secure the construction safety. The recognition of this award is an evidence of CTCI REI’s efforts and results on work safety and execution performance.
